Friendly Reminder of our House Rules: - Smoke-Free Indoors: We're committed to keeping our home fresh and clean for all guests, so we ask that you please avoid smoking or vaping inside. You are welcome to smoke on the street near the property line. - No Parties or Events: We enforce a strict no-party policy, which includes cancellation and eviction if violated. - Noise Levels: Kindly respect our neighbours and local bylaws, observing quiet hours between 10 pm to 7 am. - No unauthorized overnight guests - any additional guests at the property who are not on the reservation will result in a $200 fee per person. - A maximum of one pet is permitted per stay, with an $80 pet fee Wood Oven Cedar Barrel Sauna: please remember to bring your wood to enjoy the sauna. Instruction for use will be sent upon checkin.

Please note the cottage is on Buckhorn Lake, which can be very weedy this time of year. While kayaks and paddle boards are available and usable, the lake access is not ideal for swimming. We also run a weed blower at times to help manage the conditions, which guests should be aware of for safety and noise.
